Job Responsibilities: 1) Administer the complaint system as a key element of the company quality system and for compliance of the complaint system to applicable US and international regulations 2) Receive complaints pertaining to the companys medical devices and tissue products 3) Identify and conduct follow up actions (as necessary) to include interfacing with various company personnel
